Tammiel to the Administrator after being defeated in the Second Qliphoth Game
Tammiel is a being who is compared to a god and seemingly the one behind the Demon Lords, if not the entirety of the Counterside and Qlipha. Known as the "original sin" and ruler of Tree of Sefirot,[1] she is discernibly the creator of the Qliphoth Game as well as the only one who can grant permission to start it. Prior to The Qliphoth Game Part 2, she acted as Yoo Minaâs sister of the current world and laid unresponsive for a long time until Na Yubin killed Nehemoth and inherited his powers and title of the Demon Lord.

Background
While much of the details of her true self are unknown, there were allusions to Tammiel having an intimate and deep history with the Administrator; the latter outright stated he swore to kill her when they first met in the "first world."[2] She seems to also share a long history with the overall conflict of the Counterside between the Normalside. The Wolf is an entity that Tammiel creates in her image and plays a central role in the Qliphoth Games, which are played out as way to resolve the disputes between Tammiel and Administrator.
Tammiel doesnât emit Corruption Rays like a Corrupted Object or CRF like a Counter.[2] The other Demon Lords, despite being lower in position than her, think negatively of their leader, either because they fear her or feel as though they are chained to the command.
Abilities
Tammiel's powers and capabilities have not been shown, but she is presumed to be one of, if not the most powerful entity in the entire Counter:Side universe. She has been described as the "the first god to have been observed" by Lee Sooyeon and the Administrator, implying her divinity and omnipotence.[3] She is above all the other Demon Lords and the only one who can keep them in absolute check. Her mere presence is enough to invoke dread and fear in any living being from Counters of all grades to Corrupted Objects.

History
Origin and new beginnings
Since time immemorial, Tammiel and the Administrator have been clashing at each other through Qliphoth Games, though the latter would always lose. Upon failing to win, the Administrator would perform a jump to another world in hopes that he would be better prepared for the next Game. The Administration Failure would have been no different, but this time Tammiel was wounded by an unknown entity known by the Administrator and Hilde. This prompted the Administrator to enact Protocol CoT-13, which cut off the Demon Lords from the Qlipha Dimension using the Arks (the Coffin-series of dimensional ships that allowed for world-hopping) and thereby robbing them of their power and forcing them into hibernation. He then blocked Hildeâs memories and full power via the Freyja Protocol in order to give the next Mina a chance to grow.
Episode2-Act1 1
Yoo Mina visiting her sister at the hospital.
It is unknown what exactly happened during the twenty-year gap between Administration Failure and New Recruit; but in that time, a reincarnation of Yoo Mina was born and lived with Tammiel, who acted as her older sister, apparently having âlost contactâ with her family long ago. Tammiel was evidently trying much to hide her presence as she went to Minaâs school on career counseling day and was noticed by one of Minaâs peers, who described her as âreally pretty.â[4] She had Mina wear a watch but did not inform her that it was a Counter Watch; this led to Minaâs awakening collapse, which destroyed her school, after which Tammiel went to a nearby town and fell into a vegetative state supposedly due to "corruption ray exposure."[5] Tammiel left was hospitalized at the Corruption Disaster Rescue Hospital in Old Seoul neighborhood in Ground One,[6] leaving behind to Mina âherâ Pulse Revolver with the Wolvesbane sheathed in it. Mina then began working as a mercenary to pay for her sister's medical bills, jumping from company to company until she permanently landed at Coffin Company.
Second Qliphoth Game
Stormbringer-6
Ray initiates the Qliphoth Game with Tammiel's approval.
Following the Replacer Incident, Mina and Coffin Company got entangled with Ray, the Demon Lord Nehemoth, and his apostles, the Knights of Redemption. After summoning a Hollow God into the world, Ray made requested to start another Qliphoth Game, which Tammiel approved.
The Qliphoth Game Part 2-15
The first steps of the one who started this game, heralding the end of the beginning
When Ray was killed by Na Yubin, Tammiel woke up from her hospital bed and immediately began walking towards their location without difficulty.
